What do I need to supply?

Your kit includes the precut timbers, prebuilt trusses, connection hardware, structural screws, tongue-and-groove decking, selected roofing, and measured drawings. You supply decking attachment nails or screws, tools and equipment, and site preparation and foundations. Assembly labor is separate.

Is this a finished, installed pavilion?

This price is for the pavilion kit. Shipping is separate. Installation is available in select areas and quoted separately. Site preparation, foundations, tax, and any site-specific engineering are excluded.
